Criminal records reveal a troubling history for a man accused of shooting to death the mother of his son Saturday afternoon at a Taco Bell restaurant in Charleston.

Police say that Desmond Clark of Charleston abducted Nalisha Gravely and shot her once in his vehicle.

They say Gravely escaped and fled to the restaurant. Clark came into the Taco Bell, cleared the customers out and shot her several times in the restaurant’s utility room, according to Charleston Police.

In this segment, Scott Finn talks to Greg Collard about the shooting and Clark's criminal history that raises questions as to why he wasn't in prison.
