How much should a state pay
to create jobs?

question, as Governor Corbett calls on legislators to pass a 1.65 billion
dollar tax break aimed at Royal Dutch Shell.

counties in the nation. That hasn’t stopped one young man who attempted to
leave, but is now trying to make a life there.
