Live Math and Science Help Begins October 4

Monday-Thursday at 5 p.m. on West Virginia PBS

Homework Hotline (H2) is a live homework assistance television series that lets students call in during the show, and receive help with math or science problems that have them stumped.  The phone lines open for questions at 4:30 p.m., and students can call 1-800-278-1290 to have a volunteer take down their questions, or send their questions to homework@wvpubcast.org.

H2 is broadcast live from West Virginia Public Broadcasting studio WNPB in Morgantown, and the production crew is joined by volunteer phone and camera operators from the community.  Individuals, groups, teams, and classes are always welcome; volunteer shifts are 4:30-5:30 p.m. Monday-Thursdays, and can be scheduled for once a week, month or even once in the school year.  Get H2 on your volunteer schedule by calling (304) 284-1472 and letting us know that your group wants to be a part of the "H2 Crew."

Support for Homework Hotline is provided the Beckley Area Foundation and Mylan.
